FAQ
Common questions about using DraftDayPlanner.com to schedule a fantasy football draft.
Do league members need accounts?
No. DraftDayPlanner.com does not support profile sign-ups or passwords. League members join with an invite link and enter basic team information.
What information does DraftDayPlanner.com store?
DraftDayPlanner.com stores league names, team names, and manager names as entered. It also stores submitted scheduling entries needed to show shared league availability.
Can members edit their unavailability for individual days?
Yes. Click an individual day on the calendar, set the unavailable time for that day, and save it.
How are best draft times calculated?
Best draft times are calculated from submitted unavailability by league members and how close each date is to the start of the NFL season.
Times are shown in each viewer's local time, so a commissioner in Central time and a member on the West Coast can each read the same draft option in their own time zone.
Is DraftDayPlanner.com free?
Yes, DraftDayPlanner.com is completely free to use.
Can anyone with the invite link access the calendar?
A calendar invite link acts as access to the shared league calendar, so only share it with people involved in the league. Commissioners can remove members if participation changes.
Who determines your league's draft time?
Your league commissioner determines the final draft date/time and league-specific decisions. DraftDayPlanner.com helps organize schedules so the league can choose a time more easily.
Is DraftDayPlanner.com affiliated with the NFL or fantasy platforms?
No. DraftDayPlanner.com is an independent scheduling tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, CBS Sports, or any other fantasy sports platforms unless that relationship is stated clearly.
