Yes. Click an individual day on the calendar, set the unavailable time for that day, and save it.

How are best draft times calculated?

Best draft times are calculated based on submitted unavailability by league members, and how close the date is to the start of the NFL season.

Yes, DraftDayPlanner.com is completely free to use.

Can anyone with the link access the calendar?

A league invite link acts as access to that league calendar. Only share it with people involved in the league. Commissioners can remove members if participation changes.
